« Back to Glossary IndexBupropion (Wellbutrin, Zyban, Forfivo, Aplenzin) is an antidepressant that is known to have wake-promoting effects. It is a norepinephrine-dopamine reuptake inhibitor (NDRI), unlike most other antidepressants which are selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRIs).
