Mark Your Calendar for HF’s 2023 Events!

Mark Your Calendar and Save the Dates! The Hypersomnia Foundation is planning multiple opportunities for all of us to get together in 2023!

Plan on connecting with others in the sleep disorder community with these HF events:

UNIGHT – Enjoy a virtual get together on the last Monday of every month to discuss, share, and connect with others. Each meeting will be a casual open discussion on topics relevant to people with sleep disorders.

Our first UNIGHT was Monday, January 30 with special guest, Dr. Anne Marie Morse who discussed how to live life to the fullest with a sleep disorder in her presentation “Your Journey! Your Directions! Putting You Back Into the Driver’s Seat!” Over 70 people registered for this free virtual event which included Q&A, small group breakout sessions, and a comfortable opportunity to discuss, share, and connect with others.

Registration for the February UNIGHT will open soon!

#BeyondSleepySatellite – The Hypersomnia Foundation is hosting a series of one-day, in-person conferences throughout the United States. The first #BeyondSleepySatellite event is Saturday, March 4th in Salt Lake City! Registration is $25.

Our keynote speaker for #BeyondSleepySatellite: Together in Salt Lake City is Dr. Chris Hammond of the Ogden Clinic in Utah. Dr. Hammond is dual board-certified in Neurology and Sleep Medicine whose professional interests include sleep disorders, such as sleep apnea and narcolepsy, multiple sclerosis, peripheral nerve diseases, and epilepsy. Dr. Hammond and his Sleep Lab are certified by the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare.

We’re planning a #BeyondSleepySatellite event in Philadelphia in September. Dates and locations for additional satellite events will be announced soon!

#BeyondSleepy2023 Conference – Join us in Indianapolis from June 2-4 for the Hypersomnia Foundation’s 2023 #BeyondSleepy Conference for people with idiopathic hypersomnia, narcolepsy, and Kleine-Levin Syndrome and their supporters. This multi-day event is filled with opportunities to learn, share, discuss, and connect with others. Registration is $99.
